Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Para Financial Planner role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Para Financial Planner supports senior planners by gathering client information, preparing financial plans, and updating financial models and reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client portfolios, assisting with retirement and personal financial planning scenarios, and preparing recommendation documents and presentations. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, coordinating documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Para Financial Planner also communicates with clients to clarify data, respond to basic queries, and schedule reviews, working closely with the advisory team to deliver high-quality planning services.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Financial Planning and Personal Financial Planning, with the ability to support the development of comprehensive client plans.
Background in Finance, including understanding of investment products, risk profiles, and cash flow analysis.
Knowledge of Retirement Planning concepts, including goal-based planning, corpus calculation, and systematic withdrawal strategies.
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualification or progress toward certification is highly desirable.
Relevant academic degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial planning software, with strong analytical and numerical skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively with senior planners, manage multiple tasks, and maintain client confidentiality.
