Juzour Botanica is looking for a Full-Time Remote Social Media Moderator to be the voice of our brand and make sure every customer gets the best experience
💬 What will you do?
✨ Be our customers’ first point of contact — reply to DMs, questions & inquiries.
📦 Follow up on orders through Flextock and make sure everything is moving smoothly.
📞 Confirm orders with customers before shipping.
🎫 Solve problems — create tickets and follow up on any order or delivery issues.
🤝 Manage collaborations — accept collaboration requests and follow up with creators.
📲 Keep an eye on our brand — monitor mentions, tags & customer interactions.
💚 Make every customer feel heard, valued & taken care of.
🌟 Who are we looking for?
Someone friendly, responsive & organized.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Strong Arabic & English writing skills.
Comfortable handling multiple conversations at the same time.
Customer-service experience is a big plus.
Experience with Flextock or similar platforms is a bonus.
Able to work independently and stay accountable while working remotely.
