Role Description The Human Resources Executive Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for leadership and critical roles across Delhivery’s business functions. This full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region includes partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing and engaging high-caliber talent, conducting interviews, and facilitating selection processes. The recruiter will coordinate offer negotiations, ensure smooth onboarding for new leaders, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation and dashboards. The role also involves building strong talent pipelines, collaborating on employer branding initiatives, and ensuring recruitment practices align with HR policies and organizational values. Regular interaction with internal stakeholders and external partners will be required to support strategic workforce planning and long-term hiring needs.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, with experience overseeing recruitment processes and partnering with business leaders.
Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including interview coordination, documentation, recruitment metrics tracking, and process optimization.
Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to manage candidate experience, communicate effectively, and build long-term professional relationships.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines, legal requirements, and ethical hiring standards.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; experience in executive or senior-level recruiting, preferably in logistics, technology, or high-growth sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
