Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Business Manager role based in Lucknow, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Business Manager will oversee daily business operations, including managing financial product portfolios, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring efficient execution of processes across teams. Responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies, coordinating with sales, marketing, and technology stakeholders, and maintaining strong relationships with financial partners and customers. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, optimizing workflows for paperless transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The Business Manager will support leadership in planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, operational oversight, and performance monitoring.
Experience in financial services or fintech, with knowledge of loans, credit cards, and other retail and MSME financial products.
Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and make data-driven recommendations for business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, and comfort working in an AI-driven, technology-focused environment.
Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and improve processes in a dynamic, growth-oriented setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
