Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for all materials and supplies. The role involves supervising store staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to club policies and procedures. The Store Manager will focus on maintaining high standards of customer service for members and visitors, resolving issues promptly, and supporting club events and activities with timely provision of materials. Additional responsibilities include monitoring for retail loss prevention, managing vendor relationships, coordinating deliveries, and preparing regular reports on stock levels, usage, and store performance.

Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service abilities.
Effective interpersonal and Communication skills for interacting with members, vendors, and team members.
Proven experience in Store Management, including inventory control, staff supervision, and operational oversight.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and procedures to safeguard assets and minimize shrinkage.
Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or store operations, preferably in a community or membership-based organization.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
Basic proficiency in using inventory management systems or spreadsheets for tracking stock and preparing reports.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
