About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager to join a growing international iGaming company.
This is an opportunity for a performance marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the iGaming industry, and knows how to scale acquisition campaigns while maximizing profitability.
The position offers the flexibility to start remotely, with the opportunity to relocate to New York in the future.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple paid media channels.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy and budget allocation to optimization and performance analysis.
Drive player acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth while maintaining target CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
Manage substantial advertising budgets and continuously identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.
Develop and execute acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other major advertising platforms.
Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and acquisition funnels.
Collaborate with Creative, Product, Analytics, and CRM teams to improve acquisition performance and player lifetime value.
Identify new traffic sources, advertising opportunities, and emerging acquisition channels.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and platform developments within the iGaming industry.
Requirements
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing – mandatory.
Proven experience managing acquisition campaigns in the iGaming industry – mandatory.
Extensive hands-on experience with major advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and additional paid media channels.
Demonstrated ability to manage significant advertising budgets and scale campaigns profitably.
Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs, including CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, and LTV.
Experience with tracking, attribution, analytics, and campaign optimization tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies.
Experience managing acquisition funnels, creative testing, and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability and willingness to work remotely and consider relocation to New York in the future.
