Role Description The Sales Manager will lead revenue growth efforts by developing and executing sales strategies for Insight Genesis – IGAi’s AI-powered solutions across financial services, HR, education, and health and wellness sectors. This full-time remote role involves managing the sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and negotiating contracts with clients and partners. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine value propositions, improve go-to-market initiatives, and support customer onboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales targets, analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. The role also requires continuous feedback to the product team on customer needs and competitive landscape to inform product development and positioning.

Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, consultative selling, and contract negotiation.

Candidates should possess organizational and remote-work skills, such as self-management, time management, and effective collaboration in distributed teams.
Experience selling technology, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions, ideally in finance, HR, education, or health and wellness sectors, is highly beneficial.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working with B2B clients or institutional partners is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
