Junior Interior Designer

Role Description As a Junior Interior Designer at Samriddhi Interiors, you will support the design team in developing interior concepts, space plans, and material boards for ongoing projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing construction drawings, assisting with FF&E selection, coordinating with vendors, and helping to maintain project documentation. You will attend client meetings with senior designers, contribute to presentations, and assist in site visits for measurements and progress checks. This is a full-time role based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site office work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Ability to apply Space Planning and Interior Design principles to create functional, well-organized layouts.
Understanding of Architecture fundamentals and their integration with interior design solutions.
Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings for interior projects.
Experience or training in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Basic proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to follow design guidelines and standards.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with designers, contractors, and vendors.
Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
