Join the team at MSHAQUE Clinic Pvt. Ltd.! We are looking for a dedicated professional to help manage our daily clinic operations and ensure our Ayurvedic and Unani patients receive exceptional care.
📍 Location: Kolkata 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 / month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
📋 What You Will Do:
Clinic Operations: Manage day-to-day workflow, maintain clinic cleanliness, and ensure operational efficiency.
Patient Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls, confirm appointments, follow up on treatments, and address patient queries with empathy.
Coordination: Work closely with Ayurvedic and Unani doctors, reception, and the pharmacy to ensure seamless patient care.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, update follow-up details, and prepare daily operational reports for management.
Problem Solving: Resolve patient concerns swiftly to maintain a high level of patient satisfaction.
🎯 What We Are Looking For:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Experience: 1–2 years in healthcare, clinic operations, customer service, or patient coordination.
Languages: Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
Soft Skills: Strong telephone etiquette, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
