Reports To: Director
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on the Director's behalf
Prepare reports, MIS, presentations, and meeting notes
Track follow-ups, deadlines, and pending tasks, and ensure timely closure
Maintain confidential files, documents, and records
Support with vendor, client, and government or regulatory liaison as needed
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDBA preferred)
3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Secretary to senior management
Excellent English and Hindi communication, written and spoken
Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Prior experience in transport, logistics, or a similar industry is an advantage
