Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CBSE Teacher role based in New Delhi. The CBSE Teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum guidelines, ensuring clear learning objectives and engaging instructional methods. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student performance, maintaining classroom discipline, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in school events, attending training sessions, and communicating effectively with parents and guardians about student progress. The teacher is expected to integrate modern teaching aids and technology, support diverse learning needs, and contribute to a positive and respectful school culture.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Education and formal training in Teaching, preferably with experience in CBSE curriculum.
Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including structuring syllabus coverage, setting learning outcomes, and designing assessments.
Effective Communication skills for clear instruction, student engagement, and collaboration with parents and staff.
Experience in Training or mentoring students through academic support, remedial sessions, and co-curricular activities.
Relevant academic degree in Education or a related subject area; B.Ed or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Ability to manage classrooms, support diverse learning styles, and use educational technology and digital tools.
