Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an IELTS Trainer at Brainwave Institute Pathankot. The IELTS Trainer will plan and deliver lessons for all IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking), conduct practice sessions, and provide feedback to help learners improve their test performance. Responsibilities include designing lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, assessing learners’ progress, and conducting mock tests. The trainer will also guide learners on examination strategies, maintain accurate records of performance, and participate in curriculum enhancement to ensure high-quality training standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching to support diverse learners.
Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning to design effective and structured IELTS preparation classes.
Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of IELTS and experience in Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
Strong command of spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation and the ability to explain concepts simply.
Relevant teaching certification or training in ESL/EFL or IELTS preparation is preferred.
Prior experience as an IELTS Trainer or English language instructor is an advantage.
Ability to motivate learners, manage classroom activities, and use a variety of teaching methods.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is desirable.
