Vitae AI is a recruitment operating system. Employers pay for it because it replaces most of the manual work in hiring: sourcing, screening, outreach, scheduling, and follow-up, all run by AI recruiters inside the platform. What employers can't get from software alone is someone who sets it up for their business and keeps the results good. That's the partner.
What you get
A business development module that finds you leads and prospects, and helps you turn them into clients: prospect lists, outreach, and the tools to run a sales pipeline.
For every client you win, you implement an ATS, a branded careers page, and AI automations and workflows built around how they hire.
Each client gets their own isolated workspace with AI recruiters you configure and manage.
Training and certification, free, about a week online.
Billing, contracts, and client onboarding handled by us.
What you'd do
Work the leads the platform surfaces and win the client
Implement their ATS, careers page, and AI workflows (no technical skills needed, we train you)
Own the relationship: quality, strategy, monthly reviews
Optionally, introduce other recruiters to the programme
What you'd earn
70% of the monthly platform fee on every client you bring on. Employers pay Vitae for the technology, we pay you your share.
100% of any retainer or service fee you agree with the client. That's yours.
A share of platform revenue from partners you introduce, paid only on their live client accounts.
Earnings depend on the clients you win and keep. No salary, no guarantee.

Year 1: getting started
3 client accounts
Platform share: $700 x 3 = $2,100 a month
Retainers: $1,500 x 3 = $4,500 a month
Total: about $6,600 a month, around $79,000 a year
Year 2: a full book
10 client accounts
Platform share: $7,000 a month
Retainers: $15,000 a month
Plus 2 partners you introduced, each running 4 accounts, earning you around an extra $480 a month in revenue share (the more the intro'd partners earn, the more you do over time as well)
Total: about $22,500 a month, around $270,000 a year
Year 3: running a team
15 client accounts
Platform share: $10,500 a month
Retainers: $22,500 a month
6 partners you introduced, plus the partners they introduced, earning you around $2,500 a month in revenue share (the more the intro'd partners earn, the more you do over time as well)
Total: about $35,500 a month, around $425,000 a year
The platform fee is what employers pay for the technology. The retainer is what they pay for you, and it's yours to set and keep.
