Agency Manager

We’re hiring an Agency Operator at AP Collective.
AP Collective is a growth agency working with leading companies across crypto, consumer technology and iGaming. We help clients grow through content, creators, communities, user acquisition and distribution.
We’re looking for someone who has already helped grow an agency to at least $5M in annual revenue.
You will own:
• Agency growth strategy
• Offers, positioning and pricing
• Lead generation and sales systems
• Pipeline, forecasting and commercial performance
• Sales team management
• Client economics and agency margins
• Expansion into B2C tech and iGaming
• AI systems, automation and operating workflows
• Reducing founder dependency as the agency scales
Requirements:
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience growing an agency to $5M+ in annual revenue
• Strong understanding of agency pricing, retainers and margins
• Experience managing sales, growth and commercial operations
• Experience implementing AI and automation across agency workflows
• B2C technology or iGaming experience strongly preferred
• Experience selling high lifetime value dealsz
• Comfortable working hands-on without a large support team
• Based in Thailand, Southeast Asia or a similar timezone
