Social Media Manager (Part-Time, Remote)

Ventures by Lora is a small family of brands across spirituality, wellness, and collectibles. We run Tarot by Lora (tarot and energetic healing) and Pocket Treasures (custom pop-culture collectibles), and we partner with other businesses to run their social presence too. We're a startup, so things move fast, priorities shift, and the person in this seat gets a lot of room to run. We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own it all.
What you'll do
Own the social strategy across our brands and our partner accounts
Build and run the content calendar, from idea to posted
Edit short-form video in CapCut Pro for TikTok and Instagram Reels
Design thumbnails, graphics, and static posts in Canva
Track what's working, report on it, and adjust the plan
Pitch new formats and angles. We want your ideas, not just execution
What we're looking for
Proven experience managing social accounts, not just posting to them
Strong CapCut Pro editing skills with short-form video you can show us
Comfortable in Canva
Fluent English, written and spoken
A pipeline of fresh ideas and the instinct to spot a trend early
Thrives in a startup: self-directed, flexible, happy without a rigid playbook
Genuine interest in astrology and spirituality is a big plus, plus curiosity about collectibles and gaming
