Role Description The Business Analyst role at Taylor Ann Artistry is a full-time remote position responsible for analyzing business operations and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and client experience. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and refining business processes, and conducting data-driven analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning. The Business Analyst will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional team members to translate business needs into actionable recommendations and to support implementation of new tools, workflows, and performance metrics. This role also involves preparing clear reports and presentations, monitoring outcomes, and continuously refining processes based on feedback and data insights.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, trends, and performance metrics.
Candidates should possess Business Analysis skills to gather requirements, define use cases, and support solution design.
Candidates should possess Communication skills to prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations and to engage stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, evaluate, and optimize workflows across the organization.
Candidates should possess Business Requirements skills to capture, clarify, and prioritize functional and non-functional needs.
Experience with data visualization tools, spreadsheets, or business intelligence platforms is beneficial.
Familiarity with project management practices or methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
