Role Description The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies to promote WecysTech’s services and products, including SiteSwap and custom digital solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Prayagraj involves developing and managing multi-channel campaigns, overseeing digital marketing efforts, and optimizing brand presence across web, social media, and paid channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, defining target segments, creating and reviewing marketing content, and coordinating with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging. The Marketing Manager will monitor campaign performance, analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to drive lead generation and brand awareness. The role also includes managing budgets, supporting events or product launches, and contributing to long-term marketing roadmaps.
Qualifications
Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, with experience in digital-first environments.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance tracking.
Ability to create and oversee marketing content for web, social, and email, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM or marketing automation platforms to measure results and optimize campaigns.
Background in technology or IT services marketing, preferably in software, web development, SaaS, or cybersecurity domains.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Analytics) are an advantage.
Proven ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment in Prayagraj, manage multiple projects, and meet timelines with attention to detail.
