Sales Administrator

Hiring: Sales Administrator (Remote, UK Hours)
I'm recruiting for a UK-based property education and mentoring business supporting property investors through training programs, webinars, and mentoring.
This is a sales support and operations role. You'd sit between the sales team and leadership, keeping the numbers accurate and the pipeline clean while making sure the closers and setters stay unblocked. You'd report to the Sales Manager, with some calendar support for the CEO.
What you'd be doing:
Maintaining sales trackers and performance sheets, and building new ones for leadership
Keeping commission sheets accurate, signed off on time each month, and distributed correctly
CRM management and pipeline QA in GoHighLevel, including SLA monitoring and lead tagging
Supporting closers and setters with training reminders, QA, tech checks, and Zoom setup
Webinar and event support, including post-event tagging and CMS updates
Writing CRM snippets, publishing newsletters, responding to social enquiries
Recruitment and onboarding admin for the sales team
Calendar management, inbox and Facebook page management, account access admin, and bad-debt calling as required
Note: You won't be selling, setting pricing, or closing deals. This role supports and reports.
Tools: GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Zoom, Kajabi, Fathom, Stripe, Slack
What they're looking for:
Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
CRM experience, GoHighLevel a big plus
Comfortable handling confidential commission and sales data
Accurate with numbers, organized, works without being chased
Clear written and spoken English
Details:
Full-time, UK hours with some flexibility on the exact schedule
£4/hour during a 3-month probation, £5/hour after
Monthly freelance payments, Time Doctor used for tracking
