About the job
Are you passionate about women’s empowerment, inclusion and creating content that connects, informs and engages? Do you enjoy turning ideas and stories into meaningful digital content? We’re looking for a creative and digitally savvy Content & Engagement Coordinator (Volunteer) to join the IMCAB team and support our content, social media presence and online engagement. You’ll play an important role in bringing IMCAB’s stories, events and conversations to life while helping us build meaningful engagement with our growing audience.
What You'll Do
• Create and coordinate engaging social media content
• Support content planning and scheduling
• Turn events, stories and insights into engaging content
• Support the promotion of events and initiatives
• Engage with our online audience and relevant conversations
• Track engagement and identify what resonates with our audience
You'll Be a Great Fit If You
• Have experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing or a related area
• Enjoy writing, storytelling and creative communication
• Understand how to create content for different digital platforms
• Are proactive, creative and detail-oriented
• Have an eye for engaging and visually strong content
• Share an interest in women’s empowerment, inclusion and social impact

Role Details
Location: Remote, Germany (applicants must be based in Germany)
Commitment: Flexible, upon agreement
