Role Description The Egypt Online Language School Franchise Partner role is a remote, contract opportunity to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s presence in Egypt. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing franchise operations, overseeing local marketing and sales initiatives, and building relationships with individual learners, corporate clients, and institutional partners. The partner will coordinate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team, implement provided systems and processes, and ensure quality delivery of online language programs aligned with brand standards. Activities also involve managing financial performance, monitoring KPIs, and adapting business strategies to local market conditions. This role is suited to an enterprising professional interested in owning and expanding an online education business with established global support.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Franchising and Ownership experience, including managing or launching business units or franchise operations.
Candidates should possess skills in Training and team development, with the ability to support, guide, and coordinate teachers and administrative staff.
Candidates should possess Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and basic P&L management for a growing education franchise.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, with proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and develop partnerships with corporate and institutional clients.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in education or language training, familiarity with e-commerce and CRM tools, strong communication skills in English and Arabic, and a results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.
Previous experience in business development or managing remote teams, and a good understanding of the Egyptian market for education and training services, are considered strong assets.
