Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Healthcare Professional at Techon Solutions. The Healthcare Professional will provide clinical expertise to support the development, evaluation, and implementation of healthcare solutions and services. Day-to-day responsibilities may include reviewing clinical workflows, offering guidance on best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with patient safety and regulatory standards. The role involves communicating with internal stakeholders and clients, contributing to training materials, and supporting virtual consultations or demonstrations as needed. The Healthcare Professional will also participate in continuous improvement efforts, staying current with medical and healthcare trends relevant to the company’s offerings.
Qualifications
Clinical and medical expertise, including experience in Medicine and Healthcare practice
Background as an EMT or similar emergency/acute care experience, with strong patient care skills
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with clients
Experience in Training, education, or coaching healthcare staff on procedures, protocols, or systems
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
Familiarity with healthcare technology, electronic health records, or digital health solutions is preferred
Knowledge of relevant clinical guidelines, quality standards, and patient safety principles
Degree or certification in a healthcare-related field (e.g., nursing, EMT, allied health, medicine) or equivalent professional experience
