Responsibilities:
Create and optimize VMC programs and 3D CAM toolpaths.
Work with Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar CAM software.
Read 2D drawings and 3D models.
Select tools and machining parameters.
Simulate and verify programs before production.
Set up VMC machines and troubleshoot machining issues.
Improve cycle time, tool life, and machining efficiency.
Coordinate with production and quality teams.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Programming, or related field preferred.
Hands-on experience in VMC programming and 3D CAM.
Good knowledge of G-code, tooling, feeds and speeds.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances/GD&T.
Experience in automotive, trailer, semi-trailer, or engineering component machining is preferred
