Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co Commerce role based in Dera Bassi. The role involves managing day-to-day commercial operations, including handling invoices, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include supporting sales activities, assisting with pricing and quotation processes, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. The role requires regular interaction with customers to address queries, provide information, and support smooth order processing. The Co Commerce professional will also monitor basic financial and commercial data, prepare reports, and help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Commerce and understanding of basic commercial and financial concepts.
Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and support decision-making.
Effective Communication abilities for clear interaction with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and maintain positive relationships.
Sales-related capabilities to support sales processes, assist in pricing, and contribute to revenue growth.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with commercial documentation.
Ability to work on-site in Dera Bassi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Relevant academic background in Commerce, Business, or a related field; prior experience in a commercial or sales support role is an advantage.
