🚨 URGENT HIRING | HEAD OF SPACE ELECTRONICS DIVISION 🚨
Unaware Sensing LLP is looking for an experienced and technically strong Head of Space Electronics Division to lead the development of advanced electronics and hardware systems for Space, Defence, and next-generation sensing applications.
As the Head of Space Electronics, you will take ownership of electronics architecture, hardware development, technical execution, and team leadership — from concept and system design through prototype development, validation, qualification, and production.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture and development of high-performance electronics for space and sensing platforms
• Drive FPGA/SoC-based digital hardware and embedded electronics development
• Oversee schematic design, component selection, high-speed multilayer PCB development and board bring-up
• Lead hardware debugging, electrical validation, SI/PI, EMI/EMC and reliability activities
• Work closely with FPGA, firmware, software, optics, mechanical and manufacturing teams
• Drive technical reviews, product development, testing and qualification activities
• Mentor and lead electronics engineers while establishing strong engineering practices
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and manufacturing partners on technical requirements and execution
🎯 What We're Looking For:
• 7–12+ years of experience in Electronics Hardware Design / Embedded Systems / High-Speed Digital Electronics
• Strong experience in hardware architecture, FPGA/SoC platforms and multilayer PCB development
• Hands-on knowledge of interfaces such as DDR/LPDDR, PCIe, Ethernet, MIPI, LVDS, SerDes, SPI, I²C, UART, etc.
• Experience with board bring-up, debugging, validation and laboratory test equipment
• Strong technical leadership and ability to independently drive complex hardware projects
• Experience in Space, Defence, LiDAR, imaging, sensing or other deep-tech applications will be an advantage
