Program & Community Specialist

We are seeking an energetic, articulate, and proactive Program & Community Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be the voice and bridge of our industrial and sector-focused communities. You will connect with industry leaders, produce engaging digital content, conduct expert video interviews, and drive outreach for global exhibitions, training programs, and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Industry Engagement & Video Interviews: Host and conduct virtual video interviews with industry leaders, founders, innovators, and sector experts.
Content Creation & Thought Leadership: Research and write engaging articles, feature stories, and daily thought-leadership posts across LinkedIn and digital platforms.
Community Building & Moderation: Cultivate, nurture, and grow sector-focused industrial communities; foster meaningful discussions and networking among members.
Program Promotion & Outreach: Drive visibility and participation for upcoming industrial exhibitions, training programs, innovation forums, and global summits.
Campaign & Pipeline Support: Engage with prospective participants, partners, and delegates to drive enrollments and revenue across organized initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Freshers welcome).
Exceptional English communication skills—both spoken (confident on camera/video calls) and written (flawless grammar, engaging tone).
Strong presence and familiarity with LinkedIn content creation and community dynamics.
High energy, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Keen interest in global trade, industrial sectors, sustainability, and technological innovation.
What We Offer
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month.
Job location: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata
Performance Upside: 7% variable incentive on entire monthly revenue generated through community initiatives and program registrations.
