Recruitment Consultant (Remote)

Only 10 hours of working in a week expected for this part-time remote job.
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Part-time Associates. This flexible, remote role is ideal for individuals with deep industry or functional expertise who enjoy interacting with people and assessing talent. You will conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and recommend qualified professionals to our full-time consultants for client opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interviews with candidates for professional and leadership positions within your area of industry or functional expertise.
Assess candidates' experience, technical capabilities, leadership potential, career aspirations, and overall fit for client opportunities.
Prepare concise interview feedback and present qualified candidates to the full-time consulting team on a weekly basis.
Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the interview and evaluation process.
Collaborate with full-time consultants to ensure high-quality candidate recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time accredited university (first degree required).
Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience with deep expertise in a specific industry or business function.
Previous management experience in a well-known corporation, multinational company, or professional services firm is highly preferred.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent communication skills.
Excellent listening, interviewing, and interpersonal communication skills.
High learning agility and the ability to quickly understand business needs and talent requirements.
Enjoy interacting with people and building professional relationships.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
