THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Fashion Consultant who understands luxury, knows how to work with people, and can turn a store visit into a complete styling experience.
You will be the face of Mukti & Kavith Casa flagship store (SantaCruz), working closely with high-value clients, wedding families and fashion conscious customers to curate personalised looks across our luxury menswear collections.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Handle HNI, VIP, celebrity, business and wedding clientele with discretion and professionalism.
Conduct personalised styling consultations and understand each client’s preferences, occasion, fit and aesthetic.
Curate complete looks across sherwanis, kurtas, short jackets, Indo-Westerns, tuxedos and accessories.
Guide clients through customisation, fittings and made-to-order requirements.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and personalised service.
Drive sales through appointments, clienteling, referrals and repeat business.
Develop strong knowledge of MAK’s collections, fabrics, embroidery, silhouettes and craftsmanship.
Work closely with the design and production teams to communicate client requirements accurately.
Maintain detailed client profiles, preferences, measurements and purchase history.
Proactively reach out to existing clients about new collections, occasions and private appointments.
Support the store team in maintaining a polished, premium customer experience.
Mentor junior fashion consultants and help raise overall styling and service standards.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
4–6 years of experience in luxury fashion, couture, premium retail or high-end hospitality.
Strong understanding of Indian menswear and occasionwear.
Excellent styling and client-handling skills.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
Experience handling HNI / VIP clientele is highly preferred.
Existing network within luxury fashion, weddings, business or premium clientele is an advantage.
Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, silhouettes and customisation.
Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
Someone confident, composed, proactive and naturally good with people.
Someone who understands that luxury is not just about the product it is about the experience.
