Role Description The Telecaller role at Staffsolution Placement Agency is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The Telecaller will make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients, explain job opportunities and services, and gather necessary information for placement processes. Daily tasks include updating call records, maintaining accurate candidate and client databases, scheduling interviews, and following up to ensure smooth communication. The Telecaller will address basic queries, provide clear information, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. This role requires consistent coordination with the placement team to support effective recruitment and client servicing.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and polite telephone etiquette.
Ability to manage high call volumes, maintain call logs, and handle follow-ups in an organized manner.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or recruitment databases.
Customer service orientation with the ability to listen actively, resolve queries, and maintain professionalism.
Attention to detail and ability to accurately record candidate and client information.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or recruitment support is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and collaborate effectively with team members.
Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; higher education is an added benefit.
