Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Gobindpur. The Sales Associate will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting jewelry pieces that match their preferences and budget. Daily tasks include presenting products, explaining features and certifications, handling billing, and ensuring accurate cash and card transactions. The role involves maintaining product displays, keeping the store clean and organized, and supporting inventory checks and stock replenishment. The Sales Associate will also follow company sales processes, assist with after-sales support, and collaborate with the team to meet individual and store sales targets while upholding high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
Basic sales and retail skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and handling customer queries and concerns.
Comfort with cash handling, billing systems, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
Good communication skills in relevant local languages and English, with a polite and professional manner.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow store procedures and compliance guidelines.
Willingness to learn about jewelry products, certifications, and market trends.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
Previous retail or jewelry sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
