Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Contracts Analyst to join our Global Commercial Support Services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution, line-by-line review, and administrative management of commercial contracts, ensuring high deal velocity for Sales while maintaining strict organizational compliance.
You will work as part of a centralized shared services team, serving as a trusted operational partner to Sales representatives and cross-functional business stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Drive Contract Execution & Workflow Management: Oversee the end-to-end processing of commercial agreements—including Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Amendments, Variations, Novations, and Renewals—delivering high-quality contract lifecycle management within established Service Level Agreement turnaround times.
Perform Detailed Contract Reviews & Stakeholder Collaboration: Conduct thorough line-by-line reviews of complex commercial documents to identify discrepancies, apply pre-approved fallback language, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Risk teams to resolve non-standard terms.
Ensure Compliance & Governance: Uphold organizational parameters, Delegation of Authority approval matrices, and internal risk policies, firmly managing compliance guardrails while maintaining audit-ready records in enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management platforms.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of experience in contract administration, deal desk support, paralegal duties, or legal operations within a corporate or commercial environment.
Strong knowledge of standard commercial contract terms (such as liability caps, confidentiality, and indemnities) alongside hands-on fluency with tools like Salesforce, DocuSign, Microsoft Word Track Changes, and enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management systems.
Proven ability in meticulous detail orientation, reading stamina for complex legal text, and balanced stakeholder management to maintain positive partner alignment while assertively enforcing policy boundaries.
A College degree or diploma in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Commerce, or a related field (a Paralegal certification is preferred.
