Zen Zones is looking for a creative, analytical and proactive Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition Executive to join our growing team in Chennai.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, running digital campaigns, analysing performance and talking to customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
📱 Content & Social Media
• Create creative content, reels, photos and videos for our social media platforms
• Develop engaging ideas for Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms
• Support regular social media content planning and execution
📊 Digital Advertising
• Set up and manage campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance, leads and conversions
• Analyse ad performance and identify areas for improvement
• Make data-driven suggestions to improve campaign results
📞 Lead Management & Customer Interaction
• Monitor and analyse incoming leads
• Respond to new leads through WhatsApp/messages
• Make the first call and understand the customer's requirement
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper lead status
• Coordinate with the relevant team to move qualified leads forward
💡 We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
• Creative and comfortable creating social media content
• Familiar with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Comfortable analysing campaign and lead data
• Has good communication and customer-handling skills
• Proactive and willing to take ownership
• Interested in learning and experimenting with new digital marketing strategies
• Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or lead generation is an advantage
