Role Description: This full-time, on-site Intern – Script Writer Micro Drama role is based Gurugram. The intern will support the creative team by drafting, refining, and formatting scripts for micro-dramas and short-form video content. Daily responsibilities include developing story ideas, writing scenes and dialogues, adapting narratives to different formats, and collaborating with directors and producers to align scripts with visual and production requirements. The role involves revising scripts based on feedback, maintaining consistency in tone and character development, and assisting with script breakdowns for video production planning. The intern will also research themes relevant to historical, mythological, devotional, spiritual, and thriller/action content to strengthen authenticity and audience engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Scriptwriting and Scripting for short-form and micro-drama content.
Candidates should possess skills in Screenplays and Writing to develop compelling narratives, scenes, and dialogues.
Candidates should possess basic understanding of Video Production to align scripts with visual, technical, and timing requirements.
Interest or background in historical, mythological, devotional, spiritual, thriller, or action genres is highly beneficial.
Strong command of written English, attention to detail, and the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, manage deadlines, and adapt to evolving creative directions.
Relevant coursework or prior project experience in film, media, literature, or creative writing is an advantage.
