Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The Senior Human Resources Manager will design and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks that support workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR team members, advising leadership on organizational development, handling disciplinary and grievance procedures, and ensuring accurate HR documentation and reporting. The role also involves coordinating training and development programs, leading HR projects and initiatives, and promoting an inclusive, ethical, and high-performance workplace culture.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in core HR domains such as recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
Experience managing HR operations, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, HRIS usage, and compliance with local labor and statutory requirements.
Skills in organizational development, change management, workforce planning, and succession planning to support business growth.
Proficiency in communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management when working with leadership, staff, and external partners.
Ability to design and lead training, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and productivity.
Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with several years in a managerial or senior role, preferably in distribution, retail, or technology sectors.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and use HR data and analytics to guide decision-making.
