Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will identify opportunities, establish and strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The Design Engineers will focus on designing, developing, and testing products or systems in line with client specifications and organizational standards. Responsibilities for both roles emphasize collaboration with cross-functional teams, meeting project deadlines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
For Business Development Manager: Experience in sales, account management, business strategy, and building long-term client relationships.
For Design Engineers: Proficiency in engineering design tools, CAD software, and knowledge of product development processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within teams and with external stakeholders.
Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and adapt to dynamic work environments.
Relevant educational background in engineering, business, or a related field.
Experience in the manufacturing or technology sector is a plus.
