Role Description:
The Senior Executive role at Hetero Plasma Sciences Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Kothur, Hyderabad. The Senior Executive will oversee and coordinate QMS activities, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities may include Change control, Incident/Deviation management, Investigation, CAPA, Risk Assessments, QRM and other QMS activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives. The role involves supporting senior leadership with timely insights, managing stakeholder communication, and contributing to project execution and continuous improvement efforts. The Senior Executive is expected to maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, and quality in all tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong QMS skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend actionable improvements.
Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, PPT etc.) and comfort working with structured processes and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Pharmacy related discipline.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks, quality systems, or compliance practices will be an advantage.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, attention to detail, and continuous learning.
