Position Overview
Katyayani Publication is looking for motivated, responsible, and communication-oriented candidates for the position of Relationship Manager-cum-Marketing Trainee. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing professional relationships with authors, researchers, academicians, educational institutions, and prospective clients and assisting the organization in promoting its academic publishing-related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with potential authors, researchers, academicians, institutions, and prospective clients.
- Identify potential clients and develop professional relationships with them.
- Explain the publication process, submission requirements, and relevant services offered by Katyayani Publication.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients through appropriate communication channels.
- Convert genuine enquiries into successful clients/submissions through ethical and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and successful conversions.
- Coordinate with the publication and editorial teams regarding client requirements.
- Submit regular work and performance reports to the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information.
- Perform other marketing and relationship-management responsibilities assigned by the organization.
Eligibility & Preferred Skills
Candidates should preferably have:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating with authors, researchers, and academicians.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and relationship management.
- Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
- Professional conduct and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, client relationship management, academic publishing, or business development may be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
Stipend / Performance-Based Earnings
The position carries a performance-based stipend of up to ₹45,000 per month.
The actual stipend/earnings will depend on individual performance, including factors such as:
- Successful client conversions
- Achievement of assigned targets
- Quality of communication
- Follow-up activities
- Other performance parameters determined by Katyayani Publication
₹45,000 per month is the maximum potential performance-based stipend and is not a fixed or guaranteed monthly salary.
Work Arrangement
This is a remote/work-from-home position. The selected candidate will be expected to maintain regular communication with the organization and complete assigned responsibilities within the prescribed timelines.
Professional Conduct
Candidates are expected to communicate with potential clients in a professional, respectful, and transparent manner. No false, misleading, or unauthorized representations regarding publication, acceptance, peer review, indexing, certificates, fees, publication timelines, or other services of Katyayani Publication may be made.
