Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Independent Associate role based in Gaya, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Independent Associate will engage with clients, explain nutrition products and services, and provide basic guidance aligned with the Centre’s offerings. Daily tasks may include meeting clients in person, conducting follow-ups via phone or online, maintaining records of client interactions, and coordinating with the team to support client needs. The role also involves promoting the Centre’s services through local outreach, events, and digital channels, while adhering to ethical and non-misleading communication about health and nutrition. Independent Associates are expected to work proactively, manage their schedules responsibly, and contribute to a positive, professional environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Candidates should possess basic sales, customer service, and client relationship-building skills to support outreach and retention.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle appointments, follow-ups, and reporting.
Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including comfort with phone, messaging apps, and simple online tools.
A genuine interest in health, wellness, and nutrition, with willingness to learn and follow guidance from the Centre.
Ability to work independently, maintain professional conduct, and respect diverse backgrounds and needs.
Prior experience in sales, community outreach, or healthcare support is beneficial but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification of high school completion; additional training or certification in nutrition or wellness is an advantage.
