About the Role
Kryptavia is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Campus & Education Outreach Executive to build and manage relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, student communities, and academic organizations.
The role involves representing Kryptavia, connecting with educational institutions, and coordinating workshops, seminars, technical sessions, awareness programs, competitions, and other student-focused events.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with schools, colleges, universities, and educational organizations.
Communicate with Principals, Directors, HODs, Faculty Members, Placement Cells, and Student Clubs.
Coordinate and arrange workshops, seminars, webinars, technical sessions, and campus events.
Represent Kryptavia professionally during institutional meetings and events.
Build long-term relationships with educational institutions.
Coordinate with the internal Kryptavia team for event planning and execution.
Handle outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Maintain records of institutions, contacts, meetings, partnerships, and upcoming events.
Follow up with institutions and convert outreach opportunities into confirmed events.
Support promotional and student engagement activities for Kryptavia programs.
Collect feedback from institutions and students and share insights with the team.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in speaking with school/college authorities and faculty.
Good negotiation and relationship-building ability.
Professional email and phone communication.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to organize and coordinate events.
Willingness to travel locally for institutional visits when required.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Preferred
Prior experience in sales, business development, campus outreach, education outreach, event management, or community building.
Existing connections with schools, colleges, student clubs, or educational organizations.
Experience organizing workshops, seminars, hackathons, or college events.
