Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior FP&A Analyst. The Junior FP&A Analyst will perform financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as create detailed financial models to support decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial data, preparing detailed reports, and providing actionable insights. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying trends, supporting process improvements, and assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling
Solid foundation and understanding of Finance principles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software tools
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention-to-detail abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Prior experience in FP&A roles, internships, or relevant projects is a plus
Effective communication and ability to present complex data to stakeholders
