Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Executive role based in Raniganj. The Logistics Executive will coordinate daily movement of materials, manage transportation schedules, and ensure accurate documentation for inbound and outbound shipments. The role includes liaising with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to monitor dispatches, track deliveries, and resolve any logistics-related issues. The Logistics Executive will also support inventory management, maintain records in relevant systems, and assist in optimizing routes and freight costs. Regular communication with customers and the sales team to confirm orders, delivery timelines, and service quality will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to handle planning, coordination, and monitoring of material movement.
Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, transporters, and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support order processing, delivery commitments, and customer relationship management.
Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations, preferably in mining or industrial sectors.
Ability to work on-site in Raniganj, handle field activities, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, email) and familiarity with ERP or logistics software is an advantage.
Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
