Role Purpose
Alia Growth helps small and medium-sized businesses improve three areas:
1. Your Online Presence — website, visibility, reviews and credibility
2. Get More Customers — paid customer acquisition through channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
3. Convert More Customers — CRM, lead follow-up, automations and customer reactivation
We are looking for a hands-on Client Operations Manager who understands GoHighLevel, digital marketing and CRM workflows, and can manage client delivery from onboarding through completion.
This is not a pure account-management role.
You must be able to understand the systems, review work, spot mistakes, use AI intelligently, coordinate freelancers and make sure each customer gets a strong result.
Main Responsibilities
Manage client onboarding and collect all required business information.
Set up and review GoHighLevel sub-accounts, pipelines, workflows, forms, calendars and snapshots.
Coordinate website, paid advertising and CRM implementation.
Review marketing plans and campaign setups across Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Brief external freelancers clearly and review their work before client delivery.
Use ChatGPT, Claude or similar AI tools for research, competitor analysis, business audits, copy, QA and workflow support.

Monitor client progress, delivery deadlines and outstanding requirements.
Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients.
Identify problems early and escalate when necessary.
Ensure AI-generated or freelancer-produced work is checked before it reaches the client.
Assist with recurring client services such as website maintenance, CRM management and paid advertising.

You do not need to be the world's best specialist on every advertising platform. You do need enough marketing knowledge to brief specialists properly and identify weak work.
