We’re hiring for a Marketer – Dispatch Partnerships (Remote within Nigeria)

About the role
We’re looking for a proactive marketer to help grow SendDeck by bringing dispatch companies onto our platform. You’ll be responsible for finding potential businesses, reaching out to decision-makers, introducing them to SendDeck, and helping convert interested companies into active users.
What you’ll do
* Identify and research dispatch companies across Nigeria.
* Reach out to potential clients through Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, phone, email, and other channels.
* Introduce SendDeck and clearly communicate how it can help businesses manage their riders and deliveries.
* Follow up with interested companies and guide them through the onboarding process.
* Keep track of prospects, conversations, follow-ups, and sign-ups.
* Gather feedback from businesses and share insights with the SendDeck team.
* Help develop creative ways to attract more dispatch companies to the platform.
What we’re looking for
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable with cold outreach and starting conversations with businesses.
* Persuasive without being overly salesy.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Good understanding of social media and digital communication.
* Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition is a plus, but not required.
