ABOUT EHEALTHBUDDY
eHealthBuddy is building an Integrated Wellness Ecosystem bringing together Wellness Programs, Wellness Practices, Wellness Products, practitioners, creators, communities and technology. Our ecosystem includes in-house wellness programs, practitioner-led experiences and a curated Wellness Shop.
ROLE OVERVIEW
A hands-on role supporting the development and day-to-day execution of eHealthBuddy’s Wellness Programs and Wellness Shop across practitioner and creator discovery, brand and vendor research, outreach, onboarding, listings, catalogue management, documentation and marketplace operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Wellness Programs & Practitioner Ecosystem
· Research and identify wellness practitioners, creators and experts.
· Support outreach and onboarding across Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Mindfulness, Art, Music, Dance & Movement and other wellness practices.
· Coordinate program profiles, schedules, pricing and required content.
· Support in-house wellness programs and workshops.
Wellness Shop & Vendor Management
· Research wellness brands, manufacturers and products.
· Support vendor outreach and onboarding.
· Collect and track KYC, GST, FSSAI and applicable product documentation.
· Assist with product listings, catalogue information and inventory updates.
Marketplace Operations
· Support onboarding and launch of new programs and products.
· Coordinate with practitioners, creators and vendors on pending requirements.
· Assist with orders, fulfilment, returns and vendor queries.
· Maintain accurate marketplace information and operational trackers.
Growth & Coordination
· Research emerging wellness trends and opportunities.
· Coordinate with Marketing on program and product promotions.
· Identify new practitioners, products and program opportunities.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND
BBA, MBA, Marketing, Commerce, E-commerce, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Psychology, Communications, Life Sciences or related fields. 0–2 years preferred. Relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, vendor management, creator partnerships, business development or wellness is an advantage.
