Supply Chain Director

Role Description The Supply Chain Director is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain activities that support Hat Trick’s production and operational needs. This role involves directing production planning processes, coordinating procurement of goods and services, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. The Supply Chain Director will monitor supply chain operations, analyze performance data, and implement improvements that align with company goals and budgets. Day-to-day tasks include setting supply chain strategy, resolving logistics and sourcing issues, collaborating with production and finance teams, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Operations to oversee and optimize end-to-end processes.
Candidates should possess experience in Production Planning to align supply chain activities with project timelines and resource requirements.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Procurement to manage sourcing, vendor negotiations, and purchasing decisions.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations, or a related field are beneficial.
Experience in media, entertainment, or production environments, along with strong communication, stakeholder management, and remote collaboration skills, is advantageous.
