We’re Hiring – Digital Ad Creative Specialist

Grow AI Digital is an Australian digital marketing agency, and we’re looking for a creative person based in India to join us on a part-time basis.
Most of our clients are Australian small businesses like mechanics, restaurants, cleaning companies and other local service businesses.
The role is mainly about creating good-quality Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ads.
One important thing about our clients — many of them are camera-shy 😄. You may not always get professional photoshoots or perfect videos. Sometimes you’ll get a few photos, some basic videos and a logo.
That’s where your creativity comes in.
We’re looking for someone who can take limited content and turn it into professional and engaging ads that actually look good and get attention.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creating static, carousel and video ads for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Designing creatives using Canva and other tools
Editing photos and videos provided by clients
Creating Reels and short-form video ads
Adding good hooks, captions, transitions and CTAs
Creating different versions of ads for testing
Coming up with creative ideas even when we have limited content from the client
What We’re Looking For
Around 1–3 years of relevant experience
Good Canva and graphic design skills
Strong video editing skills
Experience creating Facebook, Instagram or TikTok ads
A good understanding of what makes someone stop scrolling and notice an ad
Someone who is creative, reliable and comfortable working independently
Good communication and attention to detail
Bonus Skills
Not compulsory, but definitely a plus if you have experience with:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
AI creative tools for images, videos, voiceovers and ad creation
About the Role
🏠 100% work from home
🇮🇳 Looking for someone based in India
📅 Initially 3 days a week
⏰ Around 4–5 hours on working days
📈 We would ideally like to grow this into a full-time role as our workload increases
🇦🇺 You’ll be working directly with an Australian digital marketing agency
