Company Description The company specializes in manufacturing high-precision Cylinder Head Castings for diesel engines used in marine, automotive, power generation, compressor applications, and more. Production relies on advanced processes such as shell core and shell moulding, along with Greensand and Nobake methods, to ensure accuracy, superior surface finish, and minimal machining requirements.
Role Description The Foundry (Lab) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolhapur. The role involves operating and maintaining laboratory equipment used for testing foundry materials and castings, performing routine and specialized laboratory tests, and supporting process control for shell moulding, core making, and other foundry processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory Skills for handling, calibrating, and maintaining testing instruments.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret laboratory data, identify trends, and support process optimization.
