Role Description The Jewellery Manual Designer will work on-site in the Greater Jaipur Area in a full-time capacity, creating hand-drawn and manually crafted jewelry designs for oxidized fashion and 92.5 silver collections. Day-to-day responsibilities include sketching detailed designs, preparing technical drawings, selecting appropriate materials and finishes, and coordinating with production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality. The role involves refining prototypes, assisting in polishing and finishing guidance, and aligning designs with current fashion trends and customer preferences. The designer will also support customer service and sales teams with design-related inputs, participate in internal training sessions, and maintain organized design records for future collections.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry, with the ability to create detailed manual sketches and technical drawings.
Experience in Polishing and finishing processes, with an understanding of materials used in oxidized and silver jewelry.
Ability to provide supportive Customer Service by explaining design concepts and product features to internal teams and clients.
Comfort with Training activities, including sharing design techniques and best practices with colleagues.
Attention to detail, good visual imagination, and strong sense of aesthetics and current fashion trends.
Ability to collaborate with artisans, production staff, and sales teams, and work on-site in the m i road , Jaipur Area.
Prior experience in jewelry manufacturing or design studios is preferred; formal training in jewelry design, fine arts, or a related field is an advantage.
