About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically strong Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality visual content for brands, social media, advertising campaigns and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, transitions, typography, sound design and visual storytelling, with an eye for modern, premium and engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
Create engaging motion graphics, animated text, transitions and visual effects.
Work with raw footage, select the best shots and create compelling visual stories.
Edit promotional videos, brand films, product videos, advertisements and social media content.
Create motion-based advertisements and performance marketing creatives.
Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, subtitles and audio mixing where required.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, visual identity and campaign objectives.
Work closely with the Creative, Social Media, Performance Marketing and Content teams.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting defined deadlines.
Keep up with current video-editing, motion-design and social-media trends.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
Knowledge of color correction/grading, sound editing and compositing.
Strong understanding of transitions, typography, pacing, storytelling and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of social-media video formats, aspect ratios and platform specifications.
Ability to create engaging videos from raw footage with minimal supervision.
Good understanding of motion graphics and animation principles.
Knowledge of AI-based video/creative tools will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience creating Reels and performance marketing ads.
Experience with 3D/motion-based content is a plus.
Basic understanding of marketing and brand communication.
Strong sense of design, creativity and attention to detail.

Qualification
