Manager

Role Description The Manager role at CONCEPT ADVERTISING & EVENTS is a full-time, on-site position based in Korba. The Manager oversees day-to-day operations, including planning and executing advertising campaigns and events, coordinating with clients to understand requirements, and translating those needs into actionable project plans. This role involves supervising team members, managing timelines and budgets, liaising with vendors and partners, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Manager also monitors project performance, prepares reports, and identifies opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction. Regular responsibilities include problem-solving on-site, ensuring smooth event and campaign delivery, and supporting business growth through strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Experience in advertising, marketing, or event management, with the ability to plan and execute campaigns and events from concept to completion.
Strong project management skills, including organizing tasks, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Effective leadership and people management abilities, with experience supervising teams and collaborating across departments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction, vendor coordination, and internal reporting.
Proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools; familiarity with marketing or event management software is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Korba, handle fast-paced situations, and make timely decisions under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, event management, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
Prior experience in agency or event operations, and a track record of delivering successful campaigns or events, is highly beneficial.
