Role Description This is a full-time, on-site roles based in Gurgaon, India for an Influencer Marketing Specialist / Manager / Executive. We are hiring for multiple positions.
The role involves identifying and onboarding relevant creators and influencers, managing daily communication, and coordinating campaigns from brief to execution. Responsibilities include developing influencer marketing strategies, negotiating contracts, tracking deliverables, and ensuring content aligns with brand objectives and cultural insights. The role requires close collaboration with internal creative, strategy, and account teams to design influencer-led concepts, branded content, and community-focused initiatives. The specialist/manager/executive will monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, prepare reports, and stay updated on platform trends, creator economy developments, and youth culture.
Qualifications
Experience in influencer marketing, including creator discovery, outreach, and relationship management.
Skills in campaign planning, project coordination, and stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners.
Ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights and reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear briefs and professional correspondence.
Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok/short-video platforms, etc.) and digital content formats.
Interest in internet culture, youth trends, lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, and community-led brand building.
Proficiency with basic productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentation software, project management tools).
Prior experience in a marketing agency or brand-side digital marketing team is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
